Referrals for Adult Assessment

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a group or individual who does pychoed assessments for LD for adults for someone located in Sussex/Morris County area of NJ. Our 19 year old daughter had to leave high school in junior year and finished on an online program. Now considering college but they need last reports from HS. Since she never did an SOP we'd rather just get the testing done again.
