Psychoeducational Evaluations

Postby sue.ldtc on Mon Oct 26, 2009 1:43 pm

In my district, Westwood Regional School District (Bergen County), newly hired school psychologists are being directed to do psychoeducational evaluations. It is my understanding that, according to NJ code, the educational evaluation is to be done by a separate person-an LDTC.

Is this understanding correct or is my district out of compliance with NJ code?
