Learning Evaluation-5 yr.old who has Asperger's Syndrome

What assessment tools do you recommend for a 5 yr. old who has Asperger's Syndrome? I was considering the WJ-III Early Development and Pre-Academic Skills, the PPVT-4, Bracken School Readiness, and VMI, but wondered what others are using? Can anyone recommend something with manipulatives?
